For every customer that tells us that you sent him/her to Done Rite Services, we'll credit your account $25.00 to go towards services completed in and around your home. We call them Done Rite Referral Rewards.
Why Do We Do This?
Well, to start, referrals tell us we are owning up to our name; our services are done right. Secondly, we know that our customers would not refer or recommend their friends or family if they were not completely satisfied with our services and our company overall. This is why we take so much pride and truly appreciate the high number of referrals we receive each year.
It's also to show our loyal customers our gratitude for their recommendations. With these recommendations, we are able to give back to our community and help those who need it the most. This is why we are bringing back our Helping the Community Program. This program allows select existing customers and neighbors you as a community nominate, have a chance to receive a plumbing repair at a low cost. We believe the world is a better place when we all give back. For that reason, you have the opportunity to donate your rewards to our Helping the Community Fund. If you choose to donate your rewards, you will also be entered in our Raffle Giveaway. On the day of our business anniversary each year, February 14th, we will draw two individuals from two raffles at random. One who will receive a part giveaway at no cost for our Giveaway Raffle. And the second individual drawn will receive their service at a low cost for our Helping the Community Program.
To Starting Gaining Your Done Rite Referral Rewards, Follow These Simple Steps:
- Refer a family member or friend to Done Rite Services LLC.
- Have them complete the Referral Card and contact us directly at (571) 520-3331 to schedule an estimate, making sure they let us know you referred them.
- Feel at ease knowing your family and friend's services are being done right.
As soon as their service is completed, we will contact you to let you know your reward has been added to your account. At this time, you will be able to decide if you would like to use your reward, hold on to it for the future, or donate to our Helping the Community Fund. Below we have an image of the Done Rite Referral Rewards Card.
The Process To Nominate An Individual For our Helping The Community Program:
- For someone you believe may be in need of help, call our office at (571) 520-3331 with their information. This individual will need to contact our office directly, but having their information ensures we know who they are when they call.
- We will then proceed with our standard process of scheduling an estimate. - Once the technician assesses the service and speaks with the customer in person, he will then update our office with all proper information collected on the job.
- After our team reviews the technician's notes and information, the nominated individual will be entered into the Helping the Community Program drawing.
Your customer loyalty and referrals mean a great deal to our company as we truly believe that without you, we would not be where we are today.
Disclosure - all nominations will be selected for our Helping the Community Program based on the severity of their circumstances. There is no guarantee all nominees will be selected. This program only covers the cost of labor, meaning customer's will be responsible for the cost of material, which guarantees the low cost stated above. In the event of a true emergency where our staff feel the nominee is in need of help right away, we will enter their name into the drawing and move the drawing up to that week, given the Helping the Community Fund has a sufficient amount to cover the cost of labor. Referral Rewards will only be credited to your account if your referral fully completes their service with Done Rite Services LLC.
