We contacted Done Rite Services after having an issue with our water heater. We were without hot water for at least 3 days and running out of patience with so many company's delayed and not willing to come. After requesting help we got an appointment next day. Willis came out on time and ready to help. He identified the problem immediately and explained our best options moving forward. There were other electrical issues we were having that may have caused everything in the first place. Dealing with that was a nightmare.

We decided after receiving the quote we were completely comfortable and confident that this company could resolve the issue for us. We contacted them immediately after the consult to request next available appointment. They accommodated us same day and even said they would not let us go another day without hot water.

Willis came back and worked into the evening to make sure everything was working properly. He treated us like family, and his demeanor was so sincere. We are happy to say our search for a local reliable plumber is over! Thank you again Willis. - Cierra S

I received 3 estimates and they were in the middle. Hired them for their outstanding communications, professionalism and drive. Communications, Service tech called me and asked if he could show up sooner to the scheduled appt. rofessionalism, service tech was very curious, discussed all my options and addressed all my concerns. During his performance of the work, I was impressed by the cleanliness of his truck, I have never seen the floor of a plumbers work truck they are normally a hoarders dream.

Drive, when the tech called to schedule the job with his boss, he said he was willing to complete the actual job that evening. At was already 4PM and I am sure the end of the day for the poor guy but he knocked it out. The job took 3 hours and he never once showed any displeasure of frustration. We had a very pleasant conversation throughout the job. Oh yeah and the job (external tankless water heater) came out 1000% better then I expected. And should I even have to mention the job site was left spotless like he was never there. Only call this guys if you want premium service for a reasonable price completed by caring professionals. - Steve Daniels

The technician that arrived was very friendly and very knowledgeable; he gave me valuable information on how to keep my toilet and my drains functional for years to come. He got to work right away and the toilet repair was fixed within minutes! so glad I called because I was not able to get anyone to come out so close to Thanksgiving but Done Right Services really helped me avoid a potentially disastrous situation by repairing a main floor powder room toilet right before multiple people are expected to arrive for the Thanksgiving holiday.
